Way Basics is simple, practical and versatile modular furniture. They have shelves, tables, desks, dividers and whatever else your imagination and creativity lets you create.
They created what they call zBoards that are in place of the old traditional wood particle boards. zBoards are made of post-consumer paper, and they are lighter than wood. They are sustainably made and completely recyclable. No tools are required to assemble their pieces.
They also work with furniture banks around the country to help those families in desperate need -- victims of natural disasters who’ve lost everything they owned, women and children escaping from domestic violence, working families below the poverty line, and others requiring help.
They are also members of the Sustainable Furnishing Council to promote environmentally healthy practices in the industry, and to help consumers identify good furniture choices.
