While searching for a kitchen cart for one my clients, I found this one at a company called Totally Bamboo.  We know bamboo is a rapidly renewable resource, a material from a plant that can be harvested within a 10 year cycle, but did you know all the different applications?  Flooring, of course and disposable plates at Whole Foods, but an attache case?  And a kitchen backsplash?  Cool!  Based in San Marcos, CA, you can find their site here.
