The tagua nut, which is a renewable resource, is found in Ecuador and is traditionally used by local artisans to carve small, sculptural figures. As an inlay, the tagua nut mimics ivory. It is fabricated with domestic wood from sustainably managed forests using a natural, non-toxic finish derived from tree sap. STANDARD WOOD OPTIONS: WALNUT, RIFT-CUT OAK & CHERRY WITH TAGUA NUT INLAY. FINISH OPTIONS: NATURAL, EBONY WASH ON WALNUT ONLY, EBONY ON EITHER WALNUT OR OAK.
